We've added a markdown preview to the diff viewer!

Improvements

• gh auth status now caches for 24hr
• Updated resolve conflicts prompt to Resolve any existing merge conflicts with the remote branch ({targetBranch}). Then, commit and push your changes.
• Rename revert -> discard
