GPT 5.1 Codex Max, Improved Diff Viewer

OpenAI's latest agentic coding model is now available in Conductor.

We've also given the diff viewer a face lift!

Improvements

• Make cancellation more obvious in the Composer
• Show when third-party services (Anthropic, GitHub) are having outages in Conductor.

Fixes

• Fix parts of the Composer being unclickable
