Improvements:

• Mermaid diagrams can now be expanded to fullscreen
• Each toast now links to the workspace it relates to
• Richer error messages from Claude Code and Codex
• Deeplinks (Linear, Slack, VS Code, etc.) in AI responses are now clickable
