Open dev scripts and more performant long chats

Conductor now detects when a localhost URL is running. Open it in your browser by clicking Open or ⌘+Shift+O.

Improvements

• Long chats now render much faster (we virtualized!)
• ⌘+Enter shortcut to submit dialogs
• We now show a Compact and Retry button when your session runs out of context
• Add docs to command palette
